Charlotte is an excellent trainer and the content is so well explained - there is enough detail without being too over complicated and I like how she explains it in scenarios so that it’s easier to understand.

Quite pleasantly surprised, if that's not too insulting! Expected a very dry and easily forgettable powerpoint show but actually I found the session engaging, informative and interesting.

Really great course. Good mix of presentation, conversation, quizzes etc to keep everyone engaged.

I really enjoyed the course. As someone new to the insurance industry, I felt like I learnt a lot and that I have a much better understanding of many of the different areas within the insurance market and how they function and interact with each other.
