Very informative, Charlotte relates the Liability topics to Brokers, underwriters, claims and general insurance professionals by giving real life examples and historical events making the information presented easy to grasp and retain. Would highly recommend this course for those who want to broaden understanding of Liability within insurance

Great course and well delivered, would suggest touching upon Blue Cards/Trading Certificates for building risks
