The subjects werde descrived very comprehensively. Unfortubately, the time frame didn‘t allow to get deeper into it, which would have been interesting, as well.
The course was very good and informative. Although it is an interactive course, more information rather than us trying to figure out answers would have been more beneficial.
The course provided clarity on what good communication needs. Steps on how to achieve it. What to watch out for to prevent missed communications.
Loved it, definitely learnt new things. I don't think the amount of detail is easy to digest, will need to go over the slides again by myself but it was a great webinar! She really knew her stuff!

The training covered the basic concepts of insurance,and the entire session was very interactive.

Few techincal issues with the presentation/teams but the course was very useful and feel though i now understand subscription placements alot better than I did previously
Response: Technical issues are rare but they do happen unfortunately! Trainers and support do try and resolve these as quickly as possible to avoid disruption to the session so we are glad that despite this you enjoyed the session :D

Quite pleasantly surprised, if that's not too insulting! Expected a very dry and easily forgettable powerpoint show but actually I found the session engaging, informative and interesting.
Response: We love it when our sessions surprise delegates and this is not insulting at all! We do things differently here and try to make the sessions as interactive and engaging as possible in small groups, as insurance is a fascinating subject!
