Trainer Sarah was great. She got the whole team in a comfortable position to get involved. The delivery of the training was well done and in digestible chunks.

A very engaging webinar that has taught me a great deal about the world of insurance.

Great course.

Overall, i found the training really helpful and solidified my knowledge of Teams showing a clear shift in learning for me. There are elements i struggle with such as breakout rooms and whiteboards, which were nicely covered, as well as the pitfalls that we need to be careful of and ways we can mitigate them. Overall i found the group dynamic to work really well and i also found Glyn's delivery to be nice and clear for all.

I thoroughly enjoyd the course, and the content matter was interesting. The presentation via Teams worked splendidly. I thought Andrew did a splendid job in delivering a concise yet informative overview of what cargo claims entail and how complex the handling of those often is.

What was most valuable was learning how the concepts I already knew actually fit together.

Great course but a bit basic for my needs.
