Loved it, definitely learnt new things. I don't think the amount of detail is easy to digest, will need to go over the slides again by myself but it was a great webinar! She really knew her stuff!Response : It is always a joy to hear delegates loved training! We do find there is such an enjoyment to training when it's interactive and engaging. Few techincal issues with the presentation/teams but the course was very useful and feel though i now understand subscription placements alot better than I did previouslyResponse : Technical issues are rare but they do happen unfortunately! Trainers and support do try and resolve these as quickly as possible to avoid disruption to the session so we are glad that despite this you enjoyed the session :D

Quite pleasantly surprised, if that's not too insulting! Expected a very dry and easily forgettable powerpoint show but actually I found the session engaging, informative and interesting.Response : We love it when our sessions surprise delegates and this is not insulting at all! We do things differently here and try to make the sessions as interactive and engaging as possible in small groups, as insurance is a fascinating subject!
