Course was a good overview, the remuneration committee section was a lot more relevant to my learning objectives than the nomination committee just because our company is not yet big enough for this.

Very useful, covered many aspects of insurance while also having a fun trainer to prevent things feeling too linear.

Good and useful

I found the course very helpful and David engaging. My only feedback would be that this perhaps needs to be split into two sessions. it is a long day with a lot of information to retain and not enough time to focus on the more challenging parts.

I really enjoyed it and it was really informative. I’m not sure I needed to know all of the content in my role but it’s interesting to know more about reinsurance!

the session taught me a different way of carrying out tasks in excel that i currently do, but has set me up for Intermediate course in May,

Great session, engaging and insightful. Usually a 3 hour remote session can be dull, but this worked well and kept me engaged throughout.

A good day of detailed reinsurance learning.
