I really enjoyed it and it was really informative. I’m not sure I needed to know all of the content in my role but it’s interesting to know more about reinsurance!

Great trainer, Sarah got everyone involved which worked well. However, session could be split up as it is quite long in duration (gets a bit restless at the end)

The course was very informative and gave a good insight to business interruption insurance. I was happy with the examples given and found easier to pick up when talking about an example instead of just seeing the information.

Trainer was extremely knowledgeable, engaging and clearly had a lot of knowledge on the subject and of great claims examples to explain the more in depth areas of cover. Good explanation of exposures and the way the risks relate to current day examples - good use of well known Companies to explain the covers.

The training was interesting and informative. I particularly enjoyed the history of the insurance market. It may have been just me, but gaining access to the course was difficult - I think that you could suggest that people give themselves time to complete this task in advance of the start time.
