Few techincal issues with the presentation/teams but the course was very useful and feel though i now understand subscription placements alot better than I did previouslyResponse : Technical issues are rare but they do happen unfortunately! Trainers and support do try and resolve these as quickly as possible to avoid disruption to the session so we are glad that despite this you enjoyed the session :D

Sarah is absolutely fantastic. Being completely new to the sector i was somewhat prepared to be overwhelmed. Not the case whatsoever. Perfect mix of tasks in a very welcoming and patient manner. Brilliant.Response : This is really lovely to hear. We are glad that despite being new, you did not feel overwhelmed. As the London Market can be a very complicated but fascinating subject! Charlotte is an excellent trainer and the content is so well explained - there is enough detail without being too over complicated and I like how she explains it in scenarios so that it’s easier to understand.Response : We are glad you enjoyed the session. Thank you for your feedback!

Quite pleasantly surprised, if that's not too insulting! Expected a very dry and easily forgettable powerpoint show but actually I found the session engaging, informative and interesting.Response : We love it when our sessions surprise delegates and this is not insulting at all! We do things differently here and try to make the sessions as interactive and engaging as possible in small groups, as insurance is a fascinating subject!
