Very insightful, I found it interesting to look back at the basics and analyse my writing, although it also makes me realise how little I concentrated in GCSE English....

Brilliant and really interactive

This course was a much needed refresher as I hadnt had the opportunity to complete anything similar since my school days.

Very useful and helpful in either every day and business written communication. Also helpful in keeping communication short and concise.

I really enjoyed it and learnt a lot over the training. I really liked how interactive it was as it made it a lot easier to stay focused and understand it all

Good sessions Engaging trainer Only thing I would have liked (and this is probably not relevant to some of the sessions you deliver) is more focus on long-term/life insurance and the workings of part 7 transfers/bulk buy-outs/in. But that is just a personal thing though

Generally very good and informative

A very good training package, pitched at all levels at the right pace. The trainer was thoroughly knowledgeable about the subject matter. I felt he was a good trainer, he interacted in very human manner and made the subject matter interesting.
