Really easy to follow and interactive

Little bit of repetition in what was presented, and largely covers just a very basic understanding. Some more real life examples of the journey to getting a risked placed would be interesting. Probably spent a bit long going over the same ground. But the presenter was outstanding - clear, polite, knowledgeable and able to answer all questions very well. Her use of the interactive features was very good and kept people engaged, albeit sometimes it went on slightly too long. What was covered was done to a very high standard for someone completely new to insurance, so I would recommend for these people.

I found the training course very informative and came away with a better knowledge and understanding of the property owners markets and policies types. David is excellent in what he does and i felt thoroughly engaged throughout the entire course, He manages to give very clear examples in the training session which massively helps in understanding the subject matter.
