It would have been useful for the handouts to follow the presentation. Other than that it was very informative, the exercises made me/us think and the trainer was very knowledgeable.

Really enjoyable course. Did not lose my concentration once, which is good for me :). Charlotte kept us engaged and entertained the whole way though and made a course that could have been rather dull, interesting and I learnt a lot.

It was a great introduction to Insurance industry. I understood various insurances that I had no clue about :) :) It was a good one!

Was an enjoyable, informative and interactive course that enhanced my knowledge of slips and the wording involved in them. Delivered at a good pace and Charlotte kept the audience engaged throughout the entirety of the day.

I found the course very beneficial it opened my mind to areas that I was not open to or using to my best advantage. I hope to now implement what i have learned and be a better leader.
