I found the course very insightful, learning about the background of insurance and how it all started certainly gave me a whole new perspective. For me covering the terminology used in the industry, covering all aspects of insurance processes, as well as types of insurance was all very useful knowledge, I know this will come in great use not only for now but also the future.

I had very high expectations for these training sessions and these expectations were absolutely exceeded. We covered a range of topics and some were quite complex, but they were taught in a way that was clear and accessible regardless of insurance experience. The course was a great mix of valuable knowledge and real-life examples and anecdotes.

Mike Odell was great! Just feel the course itself could be a bit more in-depth and more practical examples are used. This would probably mean making the course longer; time wise, but think that would be more worthwhile.
