I thoroughly enjoyed the course. It was a great introduction into the Insurance industry and gave a huge amount of foundation knowledge which will stand me in good stead for a future in this sector. Sarah was a wonderful tutor and there was a huge amount of interaction to ensure we took in the learnings. Sarah also made it a very comfortable environment and felt reassured that we could ask 'daft' questions.

Course was very good, just has a lot of acronyms to remember and follow. A more visual slide with acronyms might help.

Very interesting course, a good introduction and background into insurance. Also very interactive which makes it more fun as it is a 3 hour session
