Highly engaged throughout, format really made the most of online capability to keep bringing the group together - Sarah was great at spotlighting everyone in a kind and inclusive way. I felt safe to ask anything and be myself. I learned a lot about how Lloyds works and built on my personal lines experience to make more of a connection with commercial business teams.
