I thought it was great to have exercises throughout the course, which meant we were applying what we had learned and then putting it into practice. The demonstration and explanation before each exercise, was delivered great, being both informative and easy to follow. Glyn was really engaging throughout. I really enjoyed the course and found it very useful.

Trainer was extremely knowledgeable, engaging and clearly had a lot of knowledge on the subject and of great claims examples to explain the more in depth areas of cover. Good explanation of exposures and the way the risks relate to current day examples - good use of well known Companies to explain the covers.

The training was interesting and informative. I particularly enjoyed the history of the insurance market. It may have been just me, but gaining access to the course was difficult - I think that you could suggest that people give themselves time to complete this task in advance of the start time.
