Glyn was overall a very easy and understanding Trainer. He went through each steps thoroughly and always asked if I had any questions and would very approachable if I did. Couldn't recommend him enough ! The course overall was very well laid out and the step by step guide was a massive help. 2nd time completing a Microsoft course and will definitely book on another one !

The course was very informative and gave a good insight to business interruption insurance. I was happy with the examples given and found easier to pick up when talking about an example instead of just seeing the information.

I thought it was great to have exercises throughout the course, which meant we were applying what we had learned and then putting it into practice. The demonstration and explanation before each exercise, was delivered great, being both informative and easy to follow. Glyn was really engaging throughout. I really enjoyed the course and found it very useful.
