Very good very interactive, good with the small amount of people and made me interact more than I would of if there was 12

This was a really informative course, whilst not entirely relevant to Claims, it was also a great insight to things that take place on 'the other side' and is something that was interesting.

I really enjoyed the course. I have only been in the insurance industry for 4 years and some of the information that I was taught has helped my understanding of the placing side.
