I thought the course was extremely educational and engaging. Charlotte who conducted the course was excellent and very thorough, she managed to fit quite a lot in to 1 day. Overall, I really enjoyed the course. It was extremely informative for whatever level you are currently at in insurance and covered everything in detail. Our trainer was so engaging and knowledgeable! I really did enjoy the session. I found the content engaging and easy to follow and I genuinely took a lot away from it.
