*I have learnt new information related to Treaty as my experience & current role having facultative only . *Suggestion to add more questions of multiple choice which add interactions

Liked the break-out session; good idea to incorporate another one.
Response: Thank you for your feedback James, which is much appreciated. Unfortunately, we do not have sufficient time to include an extra breakout session in a half day course. We have though very much taken your comments on board and we are currently looking at developing some short practical follow up sessions, which will allow time for delegates to practice learnt knowledge under guidance.

It was very interesting and provided me with lots of knowledge. I loved how he made it so engaging and interactive. I also I liked how he made me feel comfortable in the sense of knowing its okay not to always know the answer, or attempt it and be wrong. It was a wonderful learning environment.

David was very knowledgeable about the insurance industry globally, which meant he was able to answer questions well with good examples and interesting specifics. At a high level I learnt about different types of insurable and uninsurable risk, some industry terminology (such as the difference between peril and hazard), the aim of insurance company, and how some more complex claims may be resolved.
