Thought John was an engaging and energetic trainer who clearly knew his stuff. I feel more time on worked examples would aid understanding.

The trainer 's way of communicating and the slides were very good in that the information was delivered in a way possible to follow and understand and very important it flowed, so that one's attention does not waiver away.

Good trainer and interactive approach was very much appreciated. More practical examples could be included in the course however.

Having worked in insurance for 40 years, I found this course much more informative and interesting than I had expected. The course seemed to appeal to a wide variety of experience and expertise
