Little bit of repetition in what was presented, and largely covers just a very basic understanding. Some more real life examples of the journey to getting a risked placed would be interesting. Probably spent a bit long going over the same ground. But the presenter was outstanding - clear, polite, knowledgeable and able to answer all questions very well. Her use of the interactive features was very good and kept people engaged, albeit sometimes it went on slightly too long. What was covered was done to a very high standard for someone completely new to insurance, so I would recommend for these people.Response : Hi Mark, Thank you for your feedback. The trainer was very friendly and patient with us, and happy to go over points we didn't understand. I struggled slightly to follow the little work exercises but that may have been due to my own issues with my notes.Response : Hi Paige, Thank you for your feedback, we really appreciate it.

Really informative and I enjoyed the fact it was so interactive (even though I was a little daunted by possibility of not knowing the answers!) Sarah was a really great trainer and made us all feel at ease and that no question was out of bounds. Would definitely recommend and I know a lot more about Lloyds and the London market than I did at the start. Thanks!!Response : Thanks for your feedback Jo. Chris did very well, presentation was fun - for me the level of the course was rather basic and I expected some more links to risks and underwriting . There were a lot of technical issues - no ones' fault but might be worth looking into better platforms. I hear more complaints about Teams.Response : Hi Gaetan, thank you for your feedback. I am glad you enjoyed Chris' approach and method of delivery. You are right this is a basic introduction to haulage and logistics course. I am sorry we encountered technical difficulties with Teams. We did check that Teams would work OK with your organisation but the technology let us down on the day. The majority of our courses are run on WebEx rather than Teams or Zoom etc but even then the technology does let us down now and again.

Good sessions Engaging trainer Only thing I would have liked (and this is probably not relevant to some of the sessions you deliver) is more focus on long-term/life insurance and the workings of part 7 transfers/bulk buy-outs/in.
