Really informative and I enjoyed the fact it was so interactive (even though I was a little daunted by possibility of not knowing the answers!) Sarah was a really great trainer and made us all feel at ease and that no question was out of bounds. Chris did very well, presentation was fun - for me the level of the course was rather basic and I expected some more links to risks and underwriting . There were a lot of technical issues - no ones' fault but might be worth looking into better platforms. I hear more complaints about Teams.Response : Hi Gaetan, thank you for your feedback. I am glad you enjoyed Chris' approach and method of delivery. You are right this is a basic introduction to haulage and logistics course. I am sorry we encountered technical difficulties with Teams. We did check that Teams would work OK with your organisation but the technology let us down on the day. The majority of our courses are run on WebEx rather than Teams or Zoom etc but even then the technology does let us down now and again.

Good sessions Engaging trainer Only thing I would have liked (and this is probably not relevant to some of the sessions you deliver) is more focus on long-term/life insurance and the workings of part 7 transfers/bulk buy-outs/in. I thoroughly enjoy the training. The pace of the sessions were just right and John interacted well with all the participants and made a very dry subject both interesting and enjoyable. I’ve no real constructive feedback to give really. It was unfortunate that some participants kept losing connection but that’s more on an ONS issue.Response : Hi Kevin, thank you for your feedback. Overall – enjoyed and enjoyed John’s presentation style. Thought it spread out over 3 modules was good as all that information in one day would have been too much for me. Really enjoyed the first and third session as I thought it gave a broad understanding of how complex running an Insurance company is and could relate to the last session on financial instruments. The second session I found quite hard going and not sure I understood some of the concepts, the IBNR and the IBNER etc is still a mystery to me ! But I am not working on the survey continually so do not understand all the nuances. For the future it would be good to get some examples that relate to issues we have on the questionnaires.Response : Thanks for your feedback Mandy, very much appreciated.
