Enjoyed the course overall, but would have liked more hands-on lab work. Also, I cannot access www.coursework.com through my corporate network because our network considers the site unsafe
The time allotted seems to be just right, if not in the virtual format. I think the course is really difficult on virtual format due to the assistance needed by the participants. There are so many factors that have to be taken into consideration during virtual labs, e.g., various machines used by the participants that proves to be challenging in trouble shooting, participants have varying experience and poor network connections.
The class was very informative and covered all topics related to IT Security. The instructor was well informed and did good job of explaining topics to the class.
Overall course objectives were achieved. One thing that would have been better is the start time of the course, while I know the majority of the training takes place in the eastern time zone, for those of us based in the pacific time zone, the course started at 5:30am each day, I feel like this being an online course and knowing the number and location of the people registered, there should be some flex time in the start time for courses, not just a standard 8:30est time start.
Despite this being our first attempt at a "virtual" training, I thought all aspects of the training went well. Kathleen is a very engaging and informative instructor and I appreciated all the anecdotes from her prior experiences that helped further illustrate concepts outlined in the course material.

Good overall course, but a lot of material. Maybe opportunities to scale down detail or break into separate courses (such as 2 two-day courses).
Plenty of content in the seminar; a good overview/review but lite on the "Innovation" portion.

The instructor did a big effort to complete all the subjects of the training. It was appreciated the added value provided and not expected.
