The timing of the course is two long from 9 to 5 The material is very nice and i enjoyResponse : Thank you for this feedback. I am glad that you enjoyed the course. Regarding the length of the training day, this is something that we are reviewing, however we are constrained by the requirement to issue accurate certificates for CPE credits.

Instructor was very knowledgeable and engaging. I appreciated the examples which brought the subject matter to life. Hotel facilities were adequate not great. Some of the slides would have been more effective in color (the printed ones in our book).Response : Thank you very much for your feedback on the course. Hi, I felt this could be a three day course. As we went through the case studies the activities/tasks went faster and fast and items were skipped.Response : Thank you for the valuable feedback that you have provided.
