An incredible amount of information, very fast. This was expected and I am glad there will need to be an ample amount of help studying before the cert test with the instructor and assigned mentor. Teacher pointed us in the right direction with the right information using real world examples making it easier to understand.
Was a lot of material to cover in just a short period of time. Maybe I would say that it was the fact that it was all online or over Zoom. Found myself reviewing a lot of the material to grasp a better understanding especially with no hands on training or physical examples of stuff and how they operate.

I was honestly going in blind not knowing what to expect, and i have to say i am neither disappointed nor discouraged from continuing the rest of the course. I am extremely eager to learn more.
I am heavily appreciative of the teaching methods employed by the instructor; his providing of third party sources for helpful information is what really helped me to get through this course as I was able to view it during his verbal instruction. He was very open to any relevant questions to the course and made several attempts to bond with students despite the lack of face-to-face interaction that we now know (due to the state of the world during the COVID 19 Crisis) is a new normal for everyone. I would not mind taking another course with this instructor.
The information presented by Richard was extremely informative and very appropriate for what I wanted to get out of the course. I am new to IT auditing and the course provided me with a good basis on the IT environment.
Wish this course was at least a week longer and geared towards individuals with very minimal and basic understanding of IT concepts
