i just wish their was more than 8 hours a day to do very thing needed in the long run.
Being a virtual class, and not having the tools in person to look at and really understand, made grasping the concept difficult. Not having any IT background, just felt like a week wasn't enough

The labs stated lab times example 10 minutes but we all knew that the lab time were for at least a student not realistic to read, perform, understand in the time window, so the example 10 minute resulted in at least 20-30 minutes of actual cost. Boson Software did have minor issues where labs were not recorded/check boxed when complete.
I think too much time was allocated towards material and not enough through testing and learning. Once again, I learn better through testing and discovering why something was wrong as opposed to the current model. I appreciate all the time, candor and professionalism of your staff and this course.

I was apprehensive how the class would work online. Very impressed. Didn’t feel like it was lacking at all.
I feel the overall value of this course was tremendous for me. Many of the topics I have been studying are now making much more since thanks to Richard's explanations of the various topics during the course.
I will highly recommend this course (and instructor) to those in my office. ACL can be a very useful tool. I had never heard of it before this class, but now plan to take the ACL201 class to further my skills.
The amount of time was "spot-on". The book so far was colored all over--by me! Very useful materials.
