It seemed that the rest of my classmates picked up the material really quickly so the time was okay. I just think for myself I would need more time.
Wasn't a fan of going over out of date hardware and software. Confused me a bit trying to remember what we use and don't use anymore
This course should've been longer for the reasons of obtaining knowledge and understanding it. Sure, I can try to just memorize everything, but I like to understand what I am learning.
Course was very fast pace. It was a lot of information to take in. Overall it was very intresting.
This "time" element should have been rectified, modified, and implemented prior to initiating classes.
The low rating for me personally was for What I was expecting vs. What I got. Not dissappointed and the information given but was looking for something else prior to enrollment. Great so far!!

Did not use any of the materials provided other than the ITIL4 phone app to practice.
I don't have anything more. It was good and detailed.
Ton of info in a short time. Good content. A little bit scattered at times.
This course may need an additional 3-4 days in order to ensure the students have a firm understanding of the material.
