Being someone who knew nothing about ITIL practices, I found it very interesting and engaging. But it definitely wasn't easy to remember everything.

I personally think that 5 days is short for the information, even though Josh taught it very well. Ten days might have been better to ensure the ones who are taking the course succeed

It was very fast-paced for me at least. I learn through hands-on so I've been using the app more

The entire course is designed as a hyper course, be wary if you are a slow learner. Not impossible but can be improbable for some people.
