Fred was a great instructor and I would definitely take another course that he is teaching.
We were an extremely specific work group, Understanding exactly what we do, and how we would use the tool, in our specific line of work would be very helpful for the "focus" of the training session.
Spent too much time on features we did not have access to on our computers.
As I mentioned, majority of the materials were irrelevant to what I needed.
I really enjoyed the class, Melissa is a great instructor and I was not sure how a virtual class would be.
