Great course, would recommended to my colleague's.
Enjoyed the class and the instructor in the way she presented the material. Too bad we had some technical issues and lost some time. Once I receive the book, I will enjoy reviewing some of the formulas and applying to my worksheets.
I have to say that I learned a lot from this course. John was excellent. He made things easy to understand and explained everything in great detail. I am looking forward to going back to his class.

I think classes should take quizzes on the ITIL app after what was learned in class that day.
Hard copy material would be very beneficial to the course.
