Good class, great instructor.

There is simply too much material to cover in a 10 day period. There were quite a few days where finished after 10pm MST simply due to the amount of material presented. At the last night, we were literally up to the wire where we could take the exam before the end of the class, because the instructor was trying to finish the last two modules. This course needs to be taught honestly in 4 to 6 weeks, not 2.

It may have been my fault but I was not prepared for the pace and volume of the class. A little more information about the pacing would have definitely help in planning/scheduling the course to be able to fit in the labs/homework requirements.

Pros: Boson Netsim was an excellent choice. The content was relative and the pace was steady. Teacher had a very easy to follow cadence. Overall a solid course. Teacher was responsive to questions and quite thorough as well. Cons: I felt the labs could've been done outside of class and we could've spent more time doing live examples or going further into some topics. The class would benefit from more elicitation as well.

Fernandez Burke is an amazing instructor. He is very knowledgeable of the content, presented the information in an easy-to-understand method. He was open to questions and did a great job with answering questions. About the course: It is a lot of content to cover in 2 consecutive weeks, I am not complaining love the content. Since the first week has the "heaviest" amount of information. Maybe there can be a week break in between the First & Second week to allow for the first-week content to "sink" and give additional time to go through assignments/ labs and identify questions to ask.

The phrase "drinking from a fire hose" describes this class perfectly. The class information was interesting, there is just so much of it that it is overwhelming. I feel as though I have learned as well as I could without being in a physical classroom setting.

Mr. Petti was great. He was very descriptive and thorough with his explanations, and used good relatable analogies for new concepts. The course materials (diagrams, lists, definitions and quick study guides) were very clear and concise. Practice tests and mock exams on the app were a bit misleading. I feel like the questions are stated differently. Of course I'm not implying they should use word for word questions from the exam, but it seems the questions are structured differently. Even if you know the material the phrasing makes you question what you read in the course content. Just my opinion.

Alexis kept the class interested in the course material and explained the material very well. Very educated and experienced in the IT world and was able to break it down to layman's terms for the inexperienced. Thought there was going to be more actual hands on.

It was a great class I had a great instructor and felt that they spent a lot of time on areas that were more difficult to understand.

Online flash cards would really help students who have busy lives.
