Overall a good course. Lot of information for management and productivity.
I feel there could be more time allocated to personal studies of all the curriculum. Maybe expand this class window into a few more days to allow better understanding instead of getting the information jammed in.
As previously mentioned, the course provided a substantial amount of information in a condensed time frame. Some of the materials provided in the course had outdated or conflicting terminology compared to the practice tests and the slides used to deliver the information. I feel that all of the material should be reviewed to ensure that all information focuses on ITIL v4 and that all information pertaining to ITIL v3 is updated.
"Was the time allotted to the learning activity appropriate?" I felt as if there could be more time to discuss certain aspects of the course. Given the timeframe, John did an awesome job with what we had.
I think there is a lot of information put out during the course. Which is what i expected. I know that it is condensed into two weeks but i would've really liked to go over scenario and test questions with the instructor more. We did do a few in class but not as much as I would've liked. I think a 10 or 15 question quiz after each chapter would've helped me absorb the information a lot more. Even if it was assigned as homework and used for the review the next day.
Really enjoyed the class, it was perfect for a week of learning.

Overall, a lot of new content to consume within a weeks period, but material is understandable, and real life examples are relevant.

I had issues with questions during reviews and then the test. Some questions were just worded strangely to a point the correct answer didn't seem correct or "select what's true" questions that have multiple correct answers but you have to pick one.
LeaderQuest provides many learning resources which will undoubtedly allow me to pass the certification. In this particular time through this course, I did NOT leave the course with a strong foundation nor an understanding of where I was lacking.
