Hi, I felt this could be a three day course. As we went through the case studies the activities/tasks went faster and fast and items were skipped.Response : Thank you for the valuable feedback that you have provided. We appreciate the suggestion of making the course another day longer. This is something that we can review and compare to other feedback on the course. Hopefully you were able to get some good information out of the class.

This feedback is for both courses. Change of instructor and rooms over the days was not a good practice. There was a significant difference between the printed materials and slides shown.Response : Dear Tariq, thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. I believe you had the same instructor, James Paterson, as advertised, throughout the week. I agree that the change of room was not ideal. The course was more popular than anticipated and we took the decision that it was better to have the larger room some of the time than not at all - it was unfortunately not available all week. Going forward, we will no longer book the smaller room in this venue. I will review your comment re the on-screen and print materials with the trainer. Please let me know if you would like to receive a soft copy of the material.

I think there was too much focus and time spent on frameworks as opposed to technical knowledge which was my intent. I am unsure if frameworks are of more interest to others in attendance, but our audit team does not abide by a single framework and encourages us to get out of that mindset to be risk based and creative when auditing planning. With that said, they do make good aids for discovery and general knowledge.Response : Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your course. Your feedback will help us continue to develop and improve our courses. I suggest working with a rep to find the courses that would be great fit for you. I also recommend taking a look at our Risk courses. Hopefully you received some valuable information from your class.

Audio was a little off in the beginning but got better. Instructor seemed to rush towards the end but got through it. This could potentially be a longer course.
