Coming into the ITIL 4 Foundation class with no knowledge or prior experience was not an issue due to the instructor's ability to teach and explain the course material and ensure the success of students.

Excellent course. Amazing instructor. The course material was repetitive and "dry" but the instructor made it engaging, fun, and found ways for the material to be understood properly. I looked forward to every class.

Enjoyed it. Although I have taken a few other IT classes in the past, after taking this one I feel as though I can say now that I am fully in the field.
