I still think it is probably too much information to be covered over two weeks, but I have the resources available to prepare me for the certification exam.
Great class to learn and reenforce material from Core 1, and learn new material from Core 2.
The 8 hour classes are a bit much, I currently work and trying to do both has created a week of sleepless days

I was told i was going to receive a voucher for the ITIL 4 app, in which everyone says is very helpful, but never received an email through Gmail. Bob Villareal got back with me and said he sent it twice, and my email was correct, he's currently in talks with customer service. So there's an issue with Google play and the gift cards not being sent out. Figured you guys would want to know, as of Friday morning I still haven't received the email.
