For as much information thrown to me as a student with very little time allowed to understand the information as well as grasp it fully for confidence enough. instructor very understanding and informative would recommend to friends.

Should include a course manual. Manual should be available to use during the course

Excellent course; very broad in coverage but also covered important areas in more depth

As far as the course goes, would definitely like more time. It's a lot of material to absorb in such a short amount of time.

I wish the course was a bit longer, a lot of information to learn in a short period of time. Maybe stretch out/length the week of the course.

A great program for gaining the in depth knowledge needed to prepare for certification exams. My instructor did a great job pacing the class and showing us how these concepts are applied in the workforce.

I have the resources and need to study

I think some of the classes would have been better one in a physical classroom, but it was still very well laid out, informative and gave the basics of what we need despite the challenges Covid-19 presented.

The time allotted to learning all this material was inadequate. For new people this is unacceptable -it should be a minimum of three months to retain a complete understanding of the material. For those that have IT experience, this is probably an adequate amount of time.
