I would just like to thank everyone at the ACI Learning Colorado Springs location for their help and dedication to their job and the students. This will be an experience that I remember for the rest of my life.
I am very disappointed with this program to date. I was hesitant to enroll because I have zero experience in this field and was told that no experience was needed and that I would learn along the way. This program is too fast-paced for the inexperienced and the instructors cater more to those with experience as they understand the IT language. There is no hands-on work during class and is 90% "death by power point." Most of the labs do not even work so that defeats the purpose of hands-on. I encourage future learners to look at other institutions as they may provide a better learning experience.
This has been a Great experience and I can't wait to dive into my new career (after I Pass My Certs).

Excellent refresher course and instruction by Chase was lively and presented in a welcoming environment.
The ACI organization is great. I have been very impressed so far!
Course was helpful and instructor did a great job of teaching to someone very new to this environment.
Course so far is very good. Some these course may need an additional week added to get more time to understand the lessons.
