The instructor was excellent, and the course was exactly what I was looking for to refresh my technical skills. However, I cannot recommend ACI/MISTI as a training provider because of its decision to not provide a reasonable accommodation for a disability. To me, ACI/MISTI's decision violated Title 3 of the Americans with Disabilities Act, but I did not pursue a formal case against them because my employer thankfully agreed to provide the accommodation that I needed. However, I don't believe it was my employer's responsibility to do so. I plan to look elsewhere for my training needs.

Overall I enjoyed the course. James is very supportive about studying methodologies and shares his experience of progressing through the complexities of comprehending new and uncertain terms.

CISSP is very large and wide and could easily take much longer to cover relative material in more detail but I was overly impressed by the amount of material and detail covered.
