Overall the course gave me a better understanding of basic IT service management and the processes associated with solving customer issues.

The course, just like Sec+ and CND, is very fast-paced. Learners that rely on vocal instruction and lecture content will not be able to learn everything to pass the certification exams in the two weeks alotted. That being said, with enough time put in outside of class, the exam is very passable.
