Course provided a great deal of information in a tight period of time. Could use more tools to help with learning some of the subject material used in the work environment, like material on sub-netting methods that would help with understanding the how to of sub-netting without the need to spend too much time on it for the instructor.

I still believe for an online course 2 weeks is not enough.
The instructor gave better real world experience and knowledge than any other instructor I have had previously. There are now new skill sets that I will be using to my disposal that will make things easier for me in the future to know how to trouble shoot any issues in Cisco.
Personally I wish the course were a little longer to absorb all of the knowledge at a little slower pace. I hope that I have gained enough to get started in this certification so I can get a job that will have me be able to practice this stuff.
Brad covered each topic well and in-depth, truly showed his experience during the class lectures
This was a very useful class for me to understand better how to trouble shoot Cisco Networks and what to look for when actually troubleshooting issues.
The program will really equipped students with the fundamental skills and knowledge in Cisco administration and networking both in exam certification and job performance.
This is a great class and Sean is an amazing teacher!!
