Best part of the course is the instructor Logan Montgomery. Second best part is the CompTIA learn material such as: Practice questions, labs, and games. Lesson plans suck, slides aren't detailed enough for reference as I went through practice questions, ACI restrictions on instructor limit learning options. It's a firehose of information and doesn't help for any student to retain it. If I wanted to get blasted by info, I'd just watch YouTube.

Disappointed at the inability to print course flashcards. Had to manually retype them in order to print.
This is a great course it is very insightful and I learned some very valuable information from KJ
Course provided a great deal of information in a tight period of time. Could use more tools to help with learning some of the subject material used in the work environment, like material on sub-netting methods that would help with understanding the how to of sub-netting without the need to spend too much time on it for the instructor.

I still believe for an online course 2 weeks is not enough.
The instructor gave better real world experience and knowledge than any other instructor I have had previously. There are now new skill sets that I will be using to my disposal that will make things easier for me in the future to know how to trouble shoot any issues in Cisco.
Personally I wish the course were a little longer to absorb all of the knowledge at a little slower pace. I hope that I have gained enough to get started in this certification so I can get a job that will have me be able to practice this stuff.
