Great class and great information for individuals like myself that know nothing about IT, and this being the first IT class ever taken.

Maintain the course and instructor. Both were well overall. I think the PeopleCert App by Axelos has the "Change Enablement" practice labeled as "Change Control".

Class can be 3 hours of content instead of 4

If you're like me and don't enjoy in person classes, but also aren't great at staying accountable during digital courses, this course was great. The instructor helped us stay accountable for our presence and actions in the course as well as made me feel rewarded for participating. Definitely enjoyable. 10/10

There is so much material to cover and more time should be allotted to the course. Overall the course is great.

I think the Syllabus needs to be looked at with respect to achievable benchmarks. I did notice that syllabus was moved to the top of the documents folder, and I think that was great. It made no sense at the bottom. As far as what is required to complete for out of class work, I feel given that this is a night class and most work during the day....you see the dilemma. I understand accreditation requirements and curriculum standards however, if possible fine tune and trim some fat. Overall, I loved A+1001 & 1002, and enjoyed Ron's class.

CompTIA Core 2 is very informative. I learned so much about multiple operating systems, which I can apply to my IT career.
