online classes can be challenging but the instructor lead course, paired with all the coursework available online is a very strong way for various learning types to absorb the info. the instructor was very good about asking, and re-asking if we had questions, as well as review with the extra time.
The course has given me the tools to successfully pass my ITIL exam.
