I am not sure that 4 days is necessary. This afternoon, the 4th day, was more for examples and not content. The examples could have been provided as additional items.

One of the better courses I attended. Despite the course being done remotely, Mr Vona was able to connect with the participants and to always keep the interest very high. Dreaded the idea of sitting for three days doing a remote seminar, but in the end, I enjoyed the exercise.

Did not get to use the materials as much as I wanted because the class was so fast and I started another class right after I finished this class.

The course adequately prepares you to take the certification exam. Instructor was great, and the study materials provided with the course are great.

The instructor was excellent, and the course was exactly what I was looking for to refresh my technical skills. However, I cannot recommend ACI/MISTI as a training provider because of its decision to not provide a reasonable accommodation for a disability. To me, ACI/MISTI's decision violated Title 3 of the Americans with Disabilities Act, but I did not pursue a formal case against them because my employer thankfully agreed to provide the accommodation that I needed. However, I don't believe it was my employer's responsibility to do so. I plan to look elsewhere for my training needs.
