The course was structured and presented in a manner consistent with an overall approach for even a beginner-level student.
I personally had a hard time understanding the course at first but over time I slowly grasped hold of the concept
My only issue with the course is on the end of Axelos. Axelos uses way too many terms that are extremely similar and I think their Foundations would be more easily understood if the terms had some more distinction. For instance Standard, Normal, and Emergency. Why not Standard, Intermediate, Emergency.
I think getting the course materials a week ahead of time, or atleast the book so that I could have read through it before the class started would have been great. There was also A LOT of materials and it took a couple of days to become acclimated to them and figure out what was best for me.
I have never believed in the whole learn to pass a test thing in the long run I don't think it does enough to much is forgotten to quickly because you try to shove to much in at once
The course is a great condensed version of ITIL 4 I learned alot in a small amount of time covered all the topics and had enough time for reviews.
Excellent course and instructor. I was completely unfamiliar with ITIL before this introduction, and now I intend to pursue higher certification.
Very well structured and very well organized program. I don't know nothing in day one but after day 5 I think I will be able to talk the lingo of the ITIL 4 foundation.....it gave me lots of confidence to go out there and start talking about ITIL. I strongly recommend this to anyone who wants to start with their IT career. Thanks to ACI and Denise Heinle.
Would recommend to anyone wanting to learn IT.
Tony brings a wealth of experience to the class. His practical tips were invaluable. I will incorporate much of his advice to my job quickly.
