This is a great introduction into the IT realm. ITIL Foundation feels like a proper jumping off point for those entering the career field.

I am extremely happy with everything

In all, I wouldn't take this course unless Mr. Fedd is the instructor. I'm not sure how others would navigate the amount of convoluted information that either doesn't define items before listing their different types or goes way down a rabbit hole about concepts too advanced at this stage of learning. Mr. Fedd did a great job of directing students to disregard unnecessary information and also provided information for gaps left in several slides of the powerpoint presentation. SkillsProTv is an amazing resource as are the practice labs, but the real difference maker for me was Mr. Fedd.

Good course. More real world hands on type of material even though its 's remote

A+ just be prepared for lots of information, but if you take notes you should be fine

Over all a good course, great review to get you proficient for Security + and A+

Overall I fee l a bit rushed I am retaining a lot of info but have no time to implement it the labs do not really show me how to do things as there is no need to troubleshoot.

This course is a must in my opinion for experienced and new IT auditors, especially the course content and the delivery of the instructor.
