Fast paced and truly expected. The way to get into the course content was horrible. Couldn't download and reading on a computer is VERY difficult. I didn't like that part of it.
Time was tight for the amount of information, that was being introduced and discussed. Definitely requires offline commitment to fully grasp the information.
I am overall thankful for the focus ACI and the instructors give to their students to achieve success. There are so many opportunities to seek help. There hasn't been a single situation yet that anyone at any point in the organization - instructor, administration/enrollment, client services, career services - has been unwilling to help or focus on my success.
loved every second of the course, the teacher was extremely well versed in IT and networking. i would recommend this course to anyone who is looking to get in to the IT career field.
An excellent course that I would recommend to everyone who is interested in IT.
There were a few instances, not too many, where there was content that was asked on an exam that was not specifically discussed in the material. The instructor was able to add the content in verbally, but if those small details were accidentally glossed over, that content would never been learned, but was present in sample tests. It only happened a couple of times and would not cause a student to fail in and of itself, but combined with other missed questions a student might make, would possibly contribute to a student missing more than the allowable questions because the content simply wasn't in the literature.
I really enjoyed the class and wish that we had the same instructor for the second rendition of the course but I look forward to learning what is left to learn!! MOst of the class seems to agree that If we have an instructor for PT1 then we should have the same instructor for PT 2 but we inderstand that it can't always work out like that but appreciate having Randy for this session.
Great course for introducing the world of IT to newcomers.
for a beginner to me it's a bit short think it should be longer
