The 2 week timeframe made things feel tight with the sheer volume of information. Regardless, the course is put together well. The information provided is vital for anyone wanting to expand knowledge in the IT career fields.

Overall the course is great. There is a lot of information and for me it was sometimes overwhelming trying to focus on certain parts. Rich has abundance of knowledge with this subject and I was glad to have him as a instructor. But sometimes when he was relating it to real world situations, it felt like he was going on a tangent and getting off subject. Overall great instructor and good course.

great class, just with as many modules as it has, and how much information each one has, this could be several months of really good information. Maybe extend by a week or consider making multiple classes out of this one. It was very clear some of the modules had to be touch very lightly due to trying to get through all the modules but were massive and likely to be key items on the certification test.

Overwhelming amount of material to learn in two weeks.

Course material is well worth it. The class is just a little bonus.

The course material in Comptia took way more time then was listed on the course overview. I spent all day trying to catch up on materials and labs and I am still not at 100%

This is my 5th class with leaderquest and 4th with comptia materials. It has become clear to me that a better use of the materials could be achieved if a day could be allocated for each topic in a course of instruction. Sec+ has 21 topics and we only had time to get through all 21 topics in 10 days by sticking to the slides and lecture. If 21 days were alotted for 21 topics then each day an instructor could guide students through the slides, the related flash cards, quizzes and associated labs BEFORE moving on to the next topic. With the current, accelerated requirements, we might as well all be watching youtube videos which we could get for free. As a student, I am not getting as much out of the current experience as I could if we had more time to spend on each topic and actually learn the material instead of being familiar with it.

This was too much information and homework jammed into a small amount of time. It needs to be looked at to be more appropriate for working parents.

The course material was difficult for me in the fact I have no life experience in management level thinking. The instructor was really great at providing the information but I had difficulties with comprehension of the concept and tying it into life use. I will just have to review and study the material on my own but the instructor has informed us we can contact him if we need assistance in the future. For me personally, it was a lot to absorb in a short period of time. I am sure for others it would be much easier to understand and it definitely is needed in the IT world.
