The course is a little challenging if you don't have experience in IT. However the instructor is very knowledgeable and they provided a lot of resources to better make us understand the material. I would recommend at an extra week to cover the material and prepare for the ACE Exam.

This is the first phase of the COMPTIA A+ certification process and I am confident that, with a true personal effort, I will receive my certification. This is primarily due to the insight provided by the learning materials afforded, the student interaction and an exceptional Instructor. With the enormous amount of information that was compiled into two weeks, Randy still kept it interesting enough to give the student a chance to reflect on "live" correlations to the content. There were numerous "what if" questions, examples of I T day-to-day activities and responsibilities, discussion for upward mobility within the I T realm and an overall view of the many positions afforded to those that complete the course and inevitably, achieve certification .

The instructor did an amazing job in the short allotted time, I believe if the course was a little longer i may feel more comfortable with the material.
I really enjoyed the last couple of courses, I know I still have much more to learn and to know. Will definitely come back for more courses.
It was a lot of information to learn in two weeks but the instructor presented it very well. I would recommend this course with this instructor as he maintained a great learning environment and ensured everyone was following along. I feel well prepared after taking this course.
