Mr Gardner made drinking from a firehose not feel like being water boarded.... He is great and did a fantastic job using real world examples to explain definitions and uses of terms and equipment. His practice of walking the class through processes on his computer and explaining each step was very helpful for an IT novice such as myself.

the training was overall good. was able to partake in some of the exercises and the instructor was very understanding about my questions being asked. instructor was overall nice and thorough about the materials.

This course was very informative and well put together. I would recommend 10/10 stars for maximum efficiency. Appreciate the time and effort that was put into strengthening my job searching skills and abilities.

Great class.

It defiantly takes longer then two weeks to be prepared for the CompTIA certificate. I love how the course shows you everything then puts it on you to get the certificate if you want.

Great introduction to IT to get you use to the system used for the rest of your courses and use the terms learned to maximize your effectiveness in those courses.

Great course and I learn alot.

While it was certainly A LOT of material to grasp and try to get through and it wasn't perfect (both in class and, on my part, outside of class), this course was a very interesting and informative one. There's some mind-blowing stuff to know about Cybersecurity! I feel that, overall, this was a great ending course of the program! Jay was a great instructor as well!

Great introduction to the course with instructors that are passionate and knowledgeable about the subject.

The class was so fast that the students were not able to keep up. Additionally, the instructor never had enough time to truly delve into the concepts. Instead they were forced to give a rudimentary explanation, and then move on.
