Incredible instructors that help break down the course in a simple and understanding way.

I didn't know what exactly to expect from this course for the week other than we'd probably work on resumes. After having gone through the class, I feel like I got more out of it than I expected. It seemed a little weird at first to have the course in between ITIL/A+, and Network+/Security+, but I actually kind of liked it in a certain way as a sort of break between the technical courses. But, on the other hand, it was a little difficult to try to have things finalized and thinking about job applications and IT-focused resumes when I don't feel ready to take on an IT job just yet (not until I've gone through the remaining classes and have had more time to study and process what I've learned in those). It does give me some ideas on how to approach these processes and the type of mindset to have and the roles that are out there for us to possibly look for & apply to and the timeline for landing a position. Overall though, I did enjoy this course! I was surprised at how much good information I was able to get out of it in just one week!

Would recommend the class to other IT examiners.

its hard to learn when what might be on the test isnt talked about and being expected to learn absolutely every page on the course which for 2 weeks is to much into to retain. a little less slides and more explaining and going over what might be on the test

Taking the CUSS program and reaching A+ was an experience that effectively built understanding of exam objectives and was presented in real world examples. A fantastic course that will create lasting knowledge.

I left this course feeling Empowered, with a professional resume, refined LinkedIn account, and all the knowledge I needed to stand out in my applications and interviews.

It was a great learning experience with ACI Learning. I was empowered with knowledge i am sure the industry needs, and I am ready to go grow the industry.
