The Class had a lot of Information that was very helpful to perform IT Tech jobs
Great class and wonderful experience. Everything is starting to come together from all of my previous classes and I am amazed at how easily my instructor was able to relate real world examples to Networking. It was fast paced but not so much that I wasn't able to follow along. Very happy!!!
It would be great to have time to go over more questions and answers during class. It seems like the amount of material did not allot for in-class questions and answers like ITIL Foundation.
I think there is a huge amount of information that is thrown at you but being so new to the material, like myself, I wouldn't know where to start without this program.
more time is required to efficiently learn the material in order to pass the certification exam.
it is an enormous amount of info with great study materials and tools.
John did a great job getting through this material!
