I think ACI Learning's course benefit a great deal from the instructors who bring a lot of real world experience to the classes. However the course material which we use to study and take the assessments and eventually the certification tests is inadequate. The course material does not contain enough examples of the types of questions/answers that we may come across in the class assessment, let alone the CompTIA A+ 1001 Cert Exam. Instead we are flooded with general IT information that maybe useful once we have IT jobs, but is unfocused, overwhelming, and does nothing to help with test prep. While I'm sure this information is invaluable to know in the IT field, it is not useful in preparing students to take the assessments nor certification tests. What is the point of knowing all of this information if we can't get our certifications?

I feel like there were a lot of distractions and interruptions that deterred me from learning important information. These courses are very expensive and majority of the people here are attending either to start a new career path or increase their earning potential. I feel as though this was not the environment for a new instructor. Instructors should be seasoned and confident in their teaching abilities.Response : Thank you Charlitra, your feedback is very important to us and we review all comments.

I strongly believe that this course will help me grow in my career, it's been extremely informative and helpful to assist me in the understanding of how everything works. I'm looking forward to my additional courses. The instructors are so knowledgeable and don't shy away from questions when you struggle to understand something.
