Mr. Fedd has been very willing to listen to my questions and gave me answers to questions and concepts I had not yet grasped. He understood that I needed more help than possibly the rest of the class.
The instructor was very informative just limited on available resources. This course is great for learning components out of the book. Learning setup computers on paper. To fully engage I would say this course needs more hands on material and new material. With the cost of the program I would expect up to date and functioning components.
The technical support provided was responsive and helpful whenever I encountered issues. This support made me feel more confident using the platform. Overall, my experience with the platform was positive.
