Curtis Whipple, really stepped out and helped understand some objectives I would have not with real world examples we may see in the field. He made sure we were engaged and had enough time to ask questions , and make sure we were heard.

Curtis Whipple really proved himself an outstanding instructor. He brought his knowledge and used tools and applications to enhance classroom learning. The slides are not well developed. Multiple examples of low effort paragraphs and slides with just random terms. ACI Learning is scaling back resources for students such as CertMaster and is offering internal alternatives that are not approved by CompTIA for exam preparation. As it stands, I was fortunate to have a great instructor and was able to use ITPRO.TV with outside resources for exam prep (approved CompTIA tools) that I believe are capable of preparing me for an assessment.
