Great content …needed more time to read lessons. Awesome Instructor!!!
The instructor was amazing. However, the amount of information a student needs to learn in two weeks is entirely to much. If anything the course needs a few more days that way students can actually absorb the information that is being thrown their way. Again the instructor was perfect and explained everything he was supposed to teach within the time constraints given.
Before the course starts, there should be an email or something what all different sites are used for the different lessons/study material. "learncomptia", "testout lab" "certmaster", etc. The first couple of days, I was trying to figure out the sites and had to play catch up. Jumping between the sites and figuring out what is best. The pro tv is supposed to be a good site to use, but really isn't talked about. There is a lot of content crammed in two weeks. Fine for someone with a background in IT, but way too much for someone starting out. I get it that it takes time to learn, but something like this should be more of a self paced. The instructor was very knowledgeable, but could have slowed down in the beginning.
This was a little late in the day for me to pay attention for much of the last 2 hours. I was pretty useless after 10 pm
The first week of the class we had Chris Ward. A friendly, engaging, knowledgeable instructor. Sad to say, following week was a big downgrade from the previous. Mark Russel has a great experience in the industry and teaching, but falls short in presenting the material in a thoughtful way that would assist us in passing the examination. Many times, he seems totally unprepared, relying solely on his own experience as a content for teaching. When we go over some practice questions, often, he answers them wrong along with us before clicking and viewing the correct answer. I understand that everyone makes mistakes, but I have slightly higher expectations from someone teaching this material. As he mentioned, this is his first time teaching at ACI, and it does show. Any related questions about this organization and programs such as where to find various documents go mostly unanswered. Overall, I think the content is good, but the presentation of it needs work. I wouldn't recommend this course in its current state with Mark Russel as its instructor.

Mr. Rich did a wonderful job incorporating examples to help us better understand the concepts.
A lot of information at once. Very useful though and a lot of good links to build your own expertise both with applications and platforms to practice on. The labs are exhaustive and very jampacked. If it is one thing that could be done, break them done. Trying to do 3 hours at a time and still learn is trying. The good thing is that they are still available for quite a while for practice and going back to refresh.
Josh did a outstanding job passing information. Extremely knowledgeable. i wish we could of had some sort of hands on training instead of virtual at different points of this class but understand the situation.
