This feels very rushed. I preferred having 8 hours a day in ITIL 4 Foundation. There should at least be required videos and assignments instead of just free range studying.
Amazing teacher. Took the time and energy to explain everything the class had questions for.

Mr. Smith did an excellent job leading us through the basics of A+ and getting us up to speed on several topics.
I really enjoy the course. However, even with a strong background in SAP security, there was a lot of information to keep up and digest live. I know the course is recorded, is there a way for us to access the record on ACI website?
I learned a lot in this course. This course is one of the best SAP course I've ever attended.
Really good productive course providing much needed knowledge that I can apply rapidly to our systems.
He did an amazing job at teaching and keeping my attention. A lot of people can teach a course but not everyone can keep my attention and he did great at both.
very great class, instructor was very informational
